News: Hello everybody:) I know there are a lot of rumors about “Mesh Deformer” . Lately, I received a lot of questions about it. “Mesh Deformer” is still at development stage . I think there are some serious internal issues which delays it to move to beta stage. Looking at discussions it seems it is going to take some time before it hits beta. Once it is in beta stage it will take months before it is live (same as mesh process). I think it might go up to 8 months before it is live. Once it is live and stable I will update all my existing dresses with it and send free copy to all existing customers.
Meantime, because a lot of people who don’t want to change their shapes and I receive a lot of request for tailoring my clothes to fit to individual shapes, I started a custom fitting service. Please note that it is a trial service and it may not work for every dress or shape. I will give it a go and cancel it if it cant be done (time-wise or too much workload). My current plan is to make up to 5 dresses every day. I will charge 2000 L$ for any custom fitting. Guideline as follows:
– The cloth of your request for custom shape must be purchased first.
– Please send me your shape with full permissions. Name it CSF- “Your avatar name”.
– Please send me a notecard name starting with CSF-“Your avatar name” and include the cloth name and link along with your transaction history (2000L) and your avatar name inside.
– This service is only for fitting existing cloth and its rig. It does not involve any alterations or custom rigging.
– Existing UVs, rigs, textures or any other maps will still work.
– This may not work with every dress or every shape, in case it doesn’t work I will let you know and refund you.
