In the new version: I fixed the deformation problem substantially (much better than the earlier version). I also added more sizes (4 sizes (slim, medium, large and XL) ) for each skirt type. UV lay out improved for smooth and HD texturing, top part of the skirt is remodeled for better fitting, overall topology remodeled for smooth transitions.
